My kids are having a rough summer with the older boys going to summer school PE and everyone having to get mentally ready to move from a place we love. But we have had a few moments of fun. We finally used the hill in our backyard to do something cool (which I never would have done but we had Cub Scouts here Tuesday and I had to come up with something) like this slide--
and filling the little pool with bubble bath. The older boys even joined in since it’s been eons since they’ve had a bubble bath and they couldn’t resist.

There is nothing better than playing in the water during the summer.
Okay, I'm definitely going to have to try those ideas! My kids would love that.
